GPS usually gets you lost, please follow the map to our town Nanakuli and when you get to the McDonaldā€™s intersection our street Hakimo Road is 4 stoplights after the McDonaldā€™s traffic light. Turn right and we are 5-6 car lengths before the end of Hakimo Road. Our gate is on the left, there is a sign on the gate that says ā€œHonkā€. If the gate is not open, we really mean ā€œHonkā€!

Pricing for dog boarding is based on kennel choice(s). Our smallest kennel is $30/day and our largest is $80/day. We offer special pricing for weekly/monthly boarding stays, as well as for multiple pets and military personnel. Make sure to note this in your boarding agreement form when you fill it out.

Pricing for cat boarding starts at $30/day for a single and $40/day for a double. We offer special pricing for weekly/monthly boarding stays, as well as for extra pets in a double condo and for military personnel. Make sure to note this in your boarding agreement form when you fill it out.

Please call or email us to confirm availability prior to completing the following checklist. All items on the check list are required, forms should be filled out online, please call if you are unable to fill out the forms online and we can assist you.

The health and comfort of your pet is very important to us.  Please use the following  check list to insure you have everything we need to board your pet.

CHECK LIST

1.   Boarding Agreement/Information Sheets  - If you are new to us, please fill out our online Initial Boarding and Pet Information Contract as well as online Canine Information Sheets and/or Feline Information Sheets (one PER pet).  If you have any questions feel free to call and discuss them.  If you are a repeat customer of ours and we already have your petā€™s information, simply fill out our Repeat Customer Boarding Form and weā€™ll be in touch with you shortly to confirm your booking.

2.   Records - Copy of Veterinary shot records or a current Titer test.  Dogs are required booster vaccinations (canine distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza, etc.) administered within the last year & bordatella within the last six months. Cats are required to have their booster vaccinations (distemper, rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, etc.) within the last year.  Please make arrangements with your Vet for us to bring in your pet if the need should arise. As a note, we do honor the distemper combo vaccination and the feline combo vaccinations for 3 years if they are at least 1 1/2 years old and have had the total series of their puppy/kitten shots or two vaccinations as adults, and the bordatella for 1 year if they have had two bordatella vaccinations in the past.

3.  Medications - Any medications or special food your pet requires.  If your pet stays past its scheduled Heartworm Treatment or Flea & Tick Prevention application please supply us with the required doses. 

4.  Personal Items - Things to make your pet feel at home in our kennel such as toys, clean bedding, or a towel or blanket that a family member sleeps with.

5.  Deposit -  We require a deposit of 10% of entire stay or one day fee, whichever is larger.  Deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation up to one week before starting day except at peak seasons.  Peak vacation times are spring & fall school breaks and holidays (including week before and after), during these dates we require two weeks notice for your deposit to be refundable. 

We accept Visa and Master Cards, Debit Cards, and cash.

6. Payment -  Payment for entire stay and pick up service, if required, is due when you leave your pet(s) in our care.  Please note - we require a two (2) day notice if you wish for us to pick up your pet at your home or at the airport, except for emergency situations.

7.  Drop Off and Pick Up - Times must be confirmed prior to stay in the kennel. We also offer shuttle service from anywhere on the island, pricing varies based on distance, please call to discuss this option with us or indicate your interest on the Boarding Agreement Form.
